At Clear Creek Homes, we are here to guide you through every step of the home building process including helping you secure the financing necessary to build your new home!

We do not offer in-house financing, but regularly work with many lenders throughout the area. We have included a list for you below if you do not already have an established relationship with a bank or mortgage lender.

If you already have lender who is not listed below then please let us know as we are always open to working with any lender who is interested in working with us.
